Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Roadside Assistance: Help our customers with inquiries and breakdowns over the phone, providing timely and efficient solutions.
  • Fleet Management: Maintain vehicle records, schedule maintenance, and ensure our fleet is always in top condition.
  • Parts Ordering: Liaise with branches, repairers, and suppliers to organise repairs and order necessary parts.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Account Department with purchase orders and invoices, and take on other administrative duties as assigned.

The Right Person Will Have:

  • A strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to quickly resolve issues.
  • Office and administration experience (highly regarded).
  • PC literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mechanical knowledge (a plus).
  • The ability to work a rotating weekend roster.

  • The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, branches, and suppliers.
