A seamless experience, great people to deal with! I felt like an idiot and very guilty because I damaged the mirror on the RV that I hired, but they didn't make me feel bad about it at all and because I had the optional warranty it was just a piece of paper to fill out. We hired the 2 Berth -Tamara for 5 days. The van was in good condition when we picked it up and had everything we needed for our road trip. We collected the van after hours, which they had made a super easy process for us. The instructions given via the YouTube video were easy to understand and made our campervan experience easy. Since we booked the van with full insurance, the van came with gas already and they had turned the fridge on for us (which was a very nice little touch and very appreciated). The van was older (we chose that), and if we were to hire again, I would hire the more modern version because it might have more modern technology and a bit more comfort when driving. When returning the vehicle, they greeted us with a big smile and asked about our trip. Super smooth return process. I highly recommend hiring through this company. We only have good things to say about our experience.

Had a blast! 6 days of travel with Cruisin. Staff and crew really helpful and cheerful. Best thing is it was a normal bed which makes it even more comfy. Update: Unfortunately an update, due to lost property left in the van and definitely know 100% left behind in a cupboard, was given the answer that items were not there with also another fabricated "tried to call" but no answer. No incoming call registered and had been waiting to hear back. Bottom line: if you leave items in the van DON'T expect to see them again. I hope the person who has them enjoys them!!

We don’t offer a transfer service, however all of our branches are a short 5-20 minute drive from the airports. Simply hop into an uber or a taxi and make your way over to us.

You can use our Express Check In Service to save some time. When you arrive there will be some paperwork involved – this is an important part of the process, but it shouldn’t take too long.

Please ensure you have a physical credit card (ApplePay is not accepted) as well as any necessary documents and a driver’s license printed in English. Once everything is in order, we’ll give you a tour of the vehicle.
